1/2 concombre (ou 1 concombre si vous ne mettez pas les févettes et les artichauts)

Sorry but the name of the school wherever it is located is Le Cordon BLEU and not like you pronounced it as Le Cordon BLUE. The name of the color blue in French is BLEU and not BLUE. Bl UH not blew. Please study a bit about the correct pronunciation of French cooking terms if you are going to use them. By the way I was born in America and speak,read and write fluently in English, French, Portuguese and Spanish.
Sorry chef but the name of the dish is Salade NiçoisE (Ni Schwaz) and not Niçoi (like knee schaws). The noun salad in French is feminine so it must have the letter “E”at the end of the word and must be pronounced. You pronounced some French terms correctly in this video but he star of the show, being the name of the dish MUST be pronounced correctly. Désolée mon Cher chef, non,non. N’oblesse oblige. From an American that speaks French correctly. Good video otherwise.
