will not have foreign cash reserves to by the raw material they to operate, these special loop holes will wither over time and become in effective, plus the ruble is not exposed to the world and only A BIG SCAM by the Russian banks. They are not allowing you to convert your Rubles into USD for one. Second, they are forcing most of the incoming FOREIGN currency to be converted RIGHT AWAY to Rubles at a rate that they dictate, (so you cannot hold too much foreign currency in your Russian account), THUS this looks like everyone is converting at a strong rate, and the RUBLE looks stronger. But in reality, once ban is lifted, everyone will rush to convert there Rubles to USD and RUBLE WILL COLLAPSE again.

Respectfully you are so incorrect. Russia started pegging their currency to gold. Not oil and gas. Russia also continue to increase their reserves of gold to eliminate the effects of sanctions. Perfect counter strategies by Russia to all sanctions. The USA got outplayed. That is the reason the sanctions are affecting all countries except Russia. Once Russia backed their currency against gold to external policies will affect the Russian economy.

Even with unfriendly countries pulling their businesses out of Russia all it will do is create a vacuum allowing other countries to move in and do business with Russia.
