I love this beer. It is soooo tasty and smooth.
Great video, just a tiny correction. On the side of the brewery it doesn't say 'here sleeps the devil'
It actually says 'here ripes the devil' and the reason it disappears quickly is because you didn't pour it the way it is supposed to 🙂 no hate at all, but you need a bigger foam head, like, waaay bigger. It forms a barrier between the beer and the air, so it doesn't oxygenate. fun fact. The warm cells where the bottle ripens further are right behind the letters.

It's my favorite beer that is available in European supermarkets. Best value for money hands down.
Hey there, I am from Belgium and if you wanna taste a real Duvel, you must have a real special Duvel glass. And you get the best result, if you put it in the freezer. When the glass is ice cold, with ice on the edge, then you serve the duvel into the glass. It taste so much better. Cheers!
you should drink this beer in a duvel glass becayse its special made for this beer, there is i a d on the bottom of the insideb of the glassv and whe, ,its poored good in , there is a colom of bubbles in the middle of the glass . thats the real experience of a duvel. greetings from Belgium
as a Belgian watching duvel being poored in glasses that are not duvel glasses messes with my head….
It's my personal favorite. I love the bitterness that doesn't come from the alcohol, while still having having the fruity characteristics of a Belgian golden ale.
Then again I also grew up with it readily available in supermarkets here in the Netherlands so maybe I'm biased :^)

I love this beer. Had a night out in Amsterdam years ago where the bar served it in pints. Needless to say it ended funnily/badly for all of us!
A good beer review guys, its been so so so long since Ive had a bottle of Duvel. And nice hearing the story of this brew, at 8.5 % ABV, that will sneak up to your senses Thumbs up & I Subscribed, now Iam going to have to get some Duvel , ha ha Cheers !
Gonna have to pick this one up tomorrow. I’m really interested to try it after hearing how amazed you guys were that it was so high ABV.
