    Hi guys. I just started selling on Amazon and I'm having 2 issues with 2 different sellers. The first issue, I purchased generic balloons on Alibaba. I found a seller that's selling the same item so I added an offer. The seller made a huge issue and had my items removed. I then purchased ASINs from a legit person and created my own listing.     My niece is an artist who has a shop on Etsy. She also sells various merchandise through redbubble and printify. She posts her art through these websites and people are able to choose shirts, hats, purses etc, with her art printed on the product. She puts a watermark across her listings so that people can't steal the picture. She just did a search on Amazon for a keyword of one of her pictures. She said she found tons of people selling items using her artwork. She thinks redbubble or printify may have sold her art to others, because she doesn't know how else they would have bene able to get the art without the watermark across it. Is there anything she can do? She doesn't have a trademark or patent on her artwork.

    Great video, thank you! I do have a question please. I had my first listing removed due to a trademark issue. I contacted the trademark owner but they don't seem to be willing to retract the complaint despite me resolving the issue. I submitted my POA to Amazon which went surprisingly well and my listing was quickly reinstated, however, the policy violation remains visible on account. I understand that this remains on the account for 180 days, but should I be pushing to get the trademark owner to retract the complaint please? Once a retraction is made, do amazon remove the policy violation from the account, or does it remain on account for 180 days regardless? I am worried that this could come back to bite me as you alluded to in your video, despite me seemly resolving the issue with Amazon which lead to reinstatement of listing. Many thanks!

    If any complaint received to your store, amazon given max 24 hours time to remove. If you fail to remove, then amazon suspend your account. But our software is specially designed , if any complaint received it will removed within a mins all related store.

Amazon states they granted the removal but claim the complaints stay listed in the Performance Account Health section for 180 days…is that true or should they be immediately removed from Account Health by Amazon?
