aperol ile ilgili bazı bilgiler
Audrey Saunders, tartışmasız New York’taki en ünlü barmenlerden biridir.

How many ounces is your glass? I want to get one just like that 🙂 I started using Aperol for paper plane and naked and famous
This one is just a brilliant summer cocktail
Would it be too bitter if using Campari instead of Aperol? I don't have Aperol right now, but I have Campari, I guess I'll go ahead and experiment, maybe add some simple syrup if it's too bitter.
The ASMR on some of these old videos are fucking miserable.
…designed to be drunk.
Wow this is amazing! I am drinking one right now thank you!
Some slips of the tongue, but great video again. Never thought of drinking Aperol neat, but it is pretty good and so much less bitter than Campari. And the said 4 dahes in the recipe combine good with the orange oils, because of the Christmas spice-like flavours. Greetings from Germany (Thanks for the ml values)!
I watched this originally. It was the delicious foundation. I made the exact same drink with tequila blanco and it's insane how good it is. I dare you guys to make it your own. I call it the intro de blanco.
Well that mic is extra extra… read all about it!
Tried this with lime, its absolutely divine!
Never heard of this one! Thanks for the into (pun intended) Cheers!
Between you and HowToDrink, I have learned that a bottle of Campari and a bottle of Aperol, as well as at least 2 types of bitters, are NECESSITIES for my palate woth cocktails
Just made this your way. Curious why you left out the simple? I’m gonna try it with simple next. I think it may be more balanced but still a great drink either way. I’m obsessed with a Aperol.
Every time someone drink an Aperol Spritz with champagne a venetian dies. Prosecco please!
One of the best cocktails, love it with lemon and tried it with lime which was also amazing
Nice, tastes kind of like a spicy orange drink, very fall like.
Sorry to necromance this video but how would you advise storing Aperol?
I tasted some Aperol with gin at my grandparents’ house (just in a tiny cup – I like to taste spirits before I mix them) and yes the two do go together. I’d love to try this since Aperol was quite lovely even as a tiny sip. And it works well with gin!
Leandro. Really awesome videos and I just joined this channel and I am in love with your cocktails. Keep up the great work!! I do have a question though. Would you substitute Cappelletti for Aperol? What would that be a sin?
My God, is it delightful. So simple, so great!
Surprisingly delicious! I thought I don't like aperol up until now 😀
Mitch Hedberg of bartenders
I'm curious, why did you decide to remove the bit of simple syrup?
Excellent video. Back story, clearly built, tasting notes, and easy screen shot of ingredients. It baffles me that someone would dislike this video.
Yeah but what drink do you end your night with?
I clicked on this video thinking it was an actual Introduction to Using Aperol. I was wrong
Lovely cocktail but I actually prefer it with the gin and the Aperol specs flipped. I know not "original” but I find I actually get more of the angostura come through but I lose it with 2oz of Aperol. And a little drier of course.
I just made this and it was very delicious! Thanks for another great video.
I missed this one last year and I'm happy it came up. I've been a fan of the Fitzgerald but this is so much more balanced than that drink. I know this is an old video, but if you know a similarly balanced drink that uses Campari, I'd love to see that. (So many of my campari drinks come off with a "cough syrup" flavor due to the strong botanicals)
this has fast become one of my faves!
Thanks, Leo! I've had a long day and I needed something like this – it's the perfect balance between dry and sweet.
Not sure if there's a name for it, but one of my favorite cocktails is a modified Americano with Aperol and dry vermouth instead of Campari and sweet vermouth
I made the Intro to Aperol after my first drink the Aperol was to bitter for me even tho its a delicious cocktail . So by my third cocktail i changed the bitters to peychaud added Club-soda and served it on the rocks. It Turned out to be great not to bitter and more subtle.
I've shared a few of Audrey's recipes on my vlog but only just tried this one – and it's great! Thanks for bringing it to my attention – gave you a shout out too!
I thought something was missing. Audrey Saunders’ of the Pegu Club “Intro to Aperol” calls for 1/4oz of Simple Syrup.
An Aperol drink that I've made at home:
The Agent Orange 🙂
1 oz Aperol
1 oz Gin
.75 oz Lemon juice
.75 oz Simple syrup
1 egg white
looks amazing!!
