Been there in may 2017 for 10 days with hubby and two children 5 and 1 years old…it's a bit dated now, small rooms, pool is ok, entertainment is good for both adults and children…I really appreciate their efforts in running the kids club its superb, staff is very friendly and well mannered. Downside is food..it's nothing like what's been advertised..limited options…expect leftovers in dinner every single day. What's for lunch in hot food becomes cold side dish or salad…I only use to eat lunch as I know there'll be something freshly cooked and new to eat..same soup served in lunch will be available for late dinner in the evening…the beach is at least 20 minutes walk with little ones. The lagoon is quite far away and a free shuttle runs everyday, it's a nice place to relax and children enjoyed a lot..you need to buy your own lunch there which is reasonably priced. Another downside is there is no place to sit and relax other than poolside…I really wanted to enjoy the garden, relax and read a book without any loud music in my ears..no you cannot do that…the refrigerators do not keep the water cold it's just ok…other than that if you want cold water or snacks it's only available near the poolside….snacks, food everything is time limited plus they reduced the lunch and dinners hours while we were there….I wish they could have left a water and soft drinks dispenser outside the food court for people to access in hot weather instead of walking all the way to the pool.
