Whahaha you want to be treated like a queen while paying the low rate. This is Paris you pay for service big time. The show is cool so just enjoy and dont be such a diva.
When my wife and I went to see moulin rouge years ago. the conseige at our hotel arranged everything. He explained, that we might pay more but it would worth it because he worked with all shows and we have great seats.turned out to be a wonderful experience, just as he said.
I always let the hotel arrange tours and shows etc

There is a quote in Midnight in Paris movie "Cheap is cheap". Face it business class gets better treatment than economy..both are customers. I dont see that any of the employees were impolite with you..just that they didnt give you the business class treatment..although you paid economy.
Different people may have different experiences.
Surely mine was plus that excellent and I travelled with all my family that enjoyed the place and the show (Paris Merveilles) as well (My little children entered for free and had the dinner free too…) .
Maybe sometimes some people have to reconsider their behaviour approaching in a place like "Lido". It's terribly oblivious that "the dress make the monk" and that waiters are more engaged with people that have the dinner and drinks with the show that with normal visitors.
I hear a lot about rude waiters in Paris, but, for sure, all waiters and waitresses we met in all Paris was so helpful and kind that I was really impressed.
Maybe because we tried to speak their language (We don't know much about french, honestly! But we tried!), were dressed in a suitable way and were kind as well with them?
Really dunno…
But Lido was astonishing and the treatment reserved for us more than sufficient…

Drinks at the lido are very expensive…very …theyre not used to people buying extra.after the free chanpagne is used…
But you have gone to the bar yourself to get more drinks….l have done that many times before… the lido is a beautifull place its a shame you had bad experience…
The show is 2 hours if glamour glitz …but your evening was spoiled by waitresses n audience members
So there was nothing wrong with the show …..it was the audience..!!!
